Benglimoho acid

Ref.: 506   Acid pH, preservative, antioxidant and antiseptic. Flavour and odour free.

BENGLIMOHO ACID is an antiseptic, preservative.

It can be applied on cured meat products, cooked dishes and convenience food with heat treatment.

By adding 20 or 40 grams in a litre of water, it acts as a bactericide for washing fresh vegetables. It also performs well for the desinfectation of natural casings

SPECIFICATIONS:

At moderate temperature; liquid, with its own light odour and flavour.

DOSAGE:

Its dosage lays between 0.3% and 1.0% based on total content. (3 or 10 gram per kilogram of product to be treated).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Apply directly onto surface of product to be treated, by spraying or immersion.

PACKAGING:

This product is packed in 1.1 Kg bottle, 10 Kg decanter  and 28 Kg decanter.

STORAGE:

To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
