BURGER MEAT C. NATURAL develops the following properties:

- Preservative and antioxidant for the meta mass.

- Absorbs up to 20% of water added to the meat mass.

- Provides a perfect finish to meat products.

- Carries 4% of cereals for the meta mass..

- Contains no colouring agent.

Its use is authorised according to EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE) for elaborating fresh sausages; and Burger-meat if adding 3.5% of cereals or vegetables.

SPECIFICATIONS:

At moderate temperature; white powder, odour free, flavour free.

DOSAGE:

5% based on total content. (50 gram per kilogram of product to be treated)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

 Add the powder directly or solved in water (as a paste), then mix and knead well and proceed to conform desired shape.

 It is suggested to add:

Salt.......................................................20 gr per Kg

Ground Pepper........between 2 and 5  gr per Kg

Water or Ice......between 150 and 200 gr per Kg

PACKAGING:

This product is packed in 1, 5 and 25 Kg bags.

STORAGE:

To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions
