CITRASCO is a product that performs as antioxidant and preservative.

Its Neuter pH enables its usage on every kind of food product or industrial cooking of convenience food.

Its use is complies with EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE).


At moderate temperature; white powder, free of odour and flavour.


·         FRESH SAUSAGES:                          0’5 a 20 gr/Kg.

·         CURED SAUSAGES:                          0’5 a 20 gr/Kg

·         COOKED SAUSAGES:                       0’5 a 20 gr/Kg

·         FRESH MEAT AND FISH:                   10 a 20 gr/Kg

·         VEGETABLES AND FRESH FRUITS:  5 a  20 gr/Kg


Add the indicated dose of powder directly, for it to be rubbed onto the surface of the product to be treated. (Usually in tumbling machine)

In case of sausages, knead it along with the meat mass.

In case of flesh or meat, rub it onto the surface of the pieces.

In case of vegetables or fresh fruits: rub it onto the surface of the pieces


This product is packed in:  1 Kg,10 Kg and 25 Kg bags.
