Dorasol

Ref.: 806   Natural goldening agent conferes appearance of cooking or grilled in traditional oven, even if using just a plain microwaves oven.

The product is obtained by treating vegetable sugars at high temperature during a short period of time (flash pirolisation).

It develops an intense brown colour when, by means of heat, it reacts with the proteins of the food to be treated.

This product is created to provide golden or grilled colour to food products.

SPECIFICATIONS: 

At a moderate temperature, pale yellow colour; with characteristic smell of molasses , which disappears alter its application.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

COLOUR = CONCENTRATION OF DORASOL + DRY HEAT + TIME

The colour increases by increasing whatever of these factors.

-It can be solved in water up to 50%, depending on the desired colour to be reached

-Dosage; It obviously depends on the intensity of final colour we wish, dilution and time and temperature and time this temperature is applied.

-SURFACE COLOURING;

Spray or paint with a small brush the area of surface to be coloured.

-INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COLOURING;

Just add the product to the mass of Pâté, Frankfurter Sausage, etc…

PACKAGING:

Product bottled in bottles of 1’250 Kg.(+-) and decanters of 15 kg. (+-)  and 28 Kg. (+-)

STORAGE:

According to European norm (EEC 88/088), it must be stored in cool, dry and dark conditions.
