Fehem powder

Ref.: 505   Preservative, antioxidant and antiseptic. Inhibits moulds and microbiological growth.

FEHEM Powder is an antioxidant, anti-rancid, antiseptic, fungi inhibitor, yeasts and flora. As a tocopherol, it acts as excellent preservative.

It can be applied on fresh and cured meat products to preserve its brightness; it repels acaroids and other aerobic microbes and so it is also used in any kind of cooked dishes and convenience food, as well as for casings

It has no incompatibilities with organoleptical features of the food.


At moderate temperature; white powder, with its own light odour and flavour.


Its dosage lays between 0.2% and 2.0% based on total content. (2 or 20 gram per kilogram of product to be treated).


The indicated dose of powder can be added to the food mass or applied onto its surfacee along . Then mix well.


This product is packed in 1 Kg , 5 Kg and  25 Kg bags.


To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
