FULONSALCH is a basic mix for Fuet, Longaniza, and other cured or dried sausages (it can act as a basic mix for cured Chorizo).

This product keeps the food in good preservation, provides and keeps adequate texture as well as its natural colour and flavour.

Contains neither salt nor pepper.

Its use is authorised according to EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE) for elaborating cured sausages and other products made from fresh meat.

SPECIFICATIONS:

At moderate temperature; pink powder, with its own odour and flavour.

DOSAGE:

3% based on total content. (30 gram per kilogram of product to be treated)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Add the powder directly or dissolved in water (as a paste), then mix and knead well.

It is advised to leave meat mass between 36 and 48 hrs in the fridge before proceeding to conform sausage.

-For cured sausage with flora on surface:          temperature 12-16 ºC y 80-94 Hg.

-For cured sausage without flora on surface:    temperature 14-22 ºC y 60-70 Hg.

PACKAGING:

This product is packed in 1, 5 and 25 Kg bags.

STORAGE:

To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
