LAUCAL is an antiseptic that prevents the proliferation of contaminating agents, such as aerobs.

It is designed to be used on the surface of hams and any other kind of cured meat or fish products, after the addition of salt pickle or brine and before hanging the products for them to dry up.

LAUCAL creates a sort of comestible protection film, that allows transpiration while keeping contaminating agents off the food.

Its use is complies with EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE).

SPECIFICATIONS:

At moderate temperature; white powder, with its own odour and flavour.

DOSAGE:

There are no limits for its dosage, just need to optimise its use (good profit according to aim)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Must be rubbed onto the surface.

PACKAGING:

This product is packed in 5 and 25 Kg. bags.

STORAGE:

To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
