1029 MORCILLA CONDIMENTO  is a complete blend, mixture of spices and additives to elaborate all kind of different Spanish morcilla. It provides the meat mass the adequate consistence, texture, taste ,aroma and colour, and guarantees a clean, good-looking product.


At moderate temperature; orange powder with its own odour and flavour.


40 grams per kilogram of product to be treated.


The meat mass will be formed by bacon, lean, blood at 150 to 300 g. / Kg. and onions from 100 to 300 g. / Kg. Spices may be added to achieve the desired flavour.

Chop all into plate 8 m / m. Then  mix and add the product dose, kneading it all. Then stuff and cook at a temperature of between 80 and 90 ° C. After cooling the sausages are ready to sale or consumption.


This product is packed in 1, 5 and 25 Kg bags.


To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
