Ref.: 704   Natural antioxidant and antispetic based on Rosemarinic acid.

ROMERON is a completely natural extract of rosemary. It performs as an antioxidant, preservative, antiseptic and moistens the food apart from providing it with a light rosemary flavour. Its usage has no incompatibility with on any product.

Its use is complies with EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE).

SPECIFICATIONS:

At moderate temperature, it is liquid with its own odour and flavour.

DOSAGE and INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

There are no limits for its addition to food. As an advice, the following doses can be observed:    

·         On MEAT PRODUCTS containing PAPRIKA or RED PEPPER: between 0.1% and 1% (1 to 10 gr. per kg. of product to be treated) shall prevent oxidisation and thus prevents ranciding.

·         On BOILED or HEAT TREATED PRODUCTS: between 0.2% and 2% (2 to 20 gr. per kg. of product to be treated) shall prevent oxidisation of fats and thus keeps the food from fermenting and causing odd tastes.

·         On PRE-COOKED PRODUCTS: between 0.2% and 2% (2 to 20 gr. per kg. of product to be treated) strengthen preservation.

·         On CASINGS: when treating animal intestines, between 1% and 3% (10 to 30 gr. per kg. of total amount of salt) added to dry salt or pickle, helps preservation and avoids odd odours.

PACKAGING:

This product is packed in plastic bottle of about 1.2 Kg. decanter of about 11 Kg. and  decanter of about 25 Kg.

STORAGE:

To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
