SOLIANT acts as absorbing and gelifiant agent. Especially indicated for fresh boiled meat products as Pâté, Sausages, Frankfurters and other smooth pastes.

It also performs as emulsifier and quality improver: it provides the product a better texture, it regulates pH, it enriches flavour and stabilises it reduces the weight losses.

SPECIFICATIONS:

At moderate temperature; white powder, odour free, flavour free.

DOSAGE:

Add 10 grams per kilogram (1 %) of meat to be treated.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

No need of previous mix in water, just add the powder directly to the meat mass. If there is water added to the product, add SOLIANT prior to the addition of water.

In any case, SOLIANT can be solved in water to create a paste that will be mixed when kneading the meat mass.

PACKAGING:

This product is packed in: 1 Kg, 5Kg and 25 Kg bags.

STORAGE:

1 year shelf life if kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
