Product 605 SUAVIT acts as thickening and emulsifier, provides texture to the meat mass and it can be combined with proteins.


At moderate temperature; white powder, odour free, flavour free.


There is no limit for its dosage, just good profit according to aim.


It can be used for any meat product. Please take into account that 1 kg of SUAVIT absorbs up to 25 litres of water.

·      For fresh and cured meat products: Mix between 5 gr and 20 gr. per kilogram of food mass.

·      For meat products treated with heat: Mix between 10 gr and 30 gr. per kilogram of food mass. In case of products such as Frankfurter or Mortadella, please pay attention to other ingredients you may add in order to revise (reduce) the dosage accordingly.

·      For natural casings: Solve between 1 gr and 10 gr. per litre of water. Then treat the casings by immersion; dip the casings during, at least, 30 minutes. After this treatment the casings become softer and spongy, ready for its usage or stuffing.


This product is packed in 5 and 25 Kg bags.


To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
