Egg yellow (liquid)
Natural Yellow colouring.
The product 804 EGG YELLOW is a liquid colorant that has already been under high temperature, in order to avoid colour losses because of exposure to light and to other additives of the food.
It is specially indicated for those food products which colour is usually provided by the addition of egg, such as bakery.
804 EGG YELLOW has no incompatibility with any other ingredient
Its use is complies with EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE).
At moderate temperature; yellow liquid, with its own odour and flavour.
The limits for its dosage, just need to optimise its use (good profit according to aim): usually desired are obtained with a dose laying between 0.2 and 10 grams per kilogram of food mass.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The liquid must be added directly to the food mass, at any moment of the production process. Then mix well.
This product is packed in plastic bottle of about 1.1 Kg., decanter of about 12 Kg. and decanter of about 25 Kg.
To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
