Complete spice blend for poultry seasoming.
POULTRY SEASONING consists of a complete product, mixture of spices and additives, for any kind of poultry meat.
Its purpose is to provide the meat product with different spices flavour as well as good colour and aroma, so it enhances good appearance, perfect hygiene and preservation.
It can also be applied to sauces or other meats dressing.
Its use is complies with EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE).
At moderate temperature; vegetable powder, with its own odour and flavour.
Use 20 grams of POULTRY SEASONING per every 1000 grams of product to be prepared.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Rub the meat pieces with the indicated dose of this product. Or add it to the food mass, directly or previously solved in water or oil –as a paste-, then mix well.
It is advised to leave it for soaking during at least 24 hours before consumption, so that the meat reaches full aroma.
This product is packed in1, 5 and 25 Kg bags.
To be kept under cool, dry and dark conditions.
