FITUSOL NATURAL develops preservative and antioxidant properties. Its use is authorised according to EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE) for elaborating cured sausages, Burger-meat, and other products made from fresh meal and/or cooked vegetables.
This product keeps the food in good preservation, as well as its natural colour
Does not contain colorants, cereals, salt nor pepper.
At moderate temperature; white powder, odour free, flavour free.
0.1% based on total content. (1 gram per kilogram of product to be treated)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
· In meat products: Add the powder directly or solved in water (as a paste). According to EU regulation, when elaborating Burger-Meat, it is necessary to add cereals or vegetables, up to a of 4% total weight of meat.
· In vegetables : Add the indicated dose per total weight (water + vegetables), before it starts boiling.
· In peeled potatoes: Solve 10 gr. per litre of water. Immerse peeled or sliced potatoes in the water solution for 5 to 15 minutes. The water solution can treat three times its weight, this means; 3Kg of potatoes per every 1litre of water solution. These figures might vary based on starch contents and porosity of potatoes.
