Smoke arome

SMOKE AROME is made from natural smoke liquid, and it provides the food with a smoked flavour and colour. It has no incompatibilities

Its use is complies with EU regulations (89/107/CE, 95/2/CE, 96/85/CE, 98/72/CE and 2001/5/CE).

SPECIFICATIONS:

At moderate temperature; brown liquid, with wood smoke odour and flavour.

CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL CARACHTERISTICS:

Acidity 17-18%

Colour Index      200-240

Carbonile content (g/100ml) 25-36

Fenoles content (mg/g) 15-25

Density at 25 ºC 1.197

DOSAGE:

There are no limits for its dosage, just need to optimise its use (good profit according to aim)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

It can be sprayed or applied by immersion. In sauces, it can be added directly as any other ingredient. The doses vary on the kind of product and elaboration process.
